“Joe” is a shady salesperson who tried to bait and switch the price of a used vehicle by thousands of dollars. When I questioned him to avoid a wasted trip (they have the car I am ready to purchase in a rare color he said he would follow up be email. Im still waiting and definitely not driving to West Covina. This was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times and constantly told they were trying to help me yet continuous lies. We had a great experience last night with our purchase. Took our son to purchase his first vehicle and Joseph (Sushi) and MD were great. They worked with my son to get him to a payment he felt comfortable with and got him a better rate than we were first quoted. They also have a great selection of new and used vehicle to choose from although my son already has the vehicle in mind he chose from their website. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
