Me and my husband purchased a Jeep yesterday from West Covina CDJR and had a great experience! Best car buying experience ever! The sales team was patient, and understood exactly what I needed! We were grateful and impressed by the level of professionalism We honestly had a bad experience with this location previously and were hesitant to give them another shot! Jonathan Cobbs is a great service writer. Met him last year when my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was having trouble with the transmission. Recently just took my 2023 Ram 1500 for an oil change. In both instances he was the ultimate professional. I completely trust him with my vehicles.
Envision has, for the most part, taken care of my vehicles with no issues. Although this visit there were some hiccups the service department came through in the end. Just wish it would have been resolved sooner.

Gerardo Figueroa handled my Chrysler service and recall like a pro—clear communication, fast service, and zero headaches. No chasing updates, no confusion, no “dealership drama.” Way better than any other dealership I’ve dealt with. If all service advisors were like Gerardo, recalls wouldn’t feel like a punishment.
Taking your car in for extended warrantee work during holidays provides a few challenges being that in our case you we needed to deal with a third party extended warrantee provider and varied holiday hours. The experience was great, the service representative kept us informed, provided us with options, gave suggestions, and the service was completed sooner than the estimated completion date.
